Gardening

We had a fun day in the backyard.  Mayson has been scouting for airplanes in the sky and gets very excited and points to them as she sees them overhead.  Her new favorite friend is her stuffed monkey, named Monkey.  He has motivated her to enjoy bananas lately. 

18 Months

Mayson turned 18 months old.  She's a big one and a half year-old!  We went to our Dr. check-up where we found out she was in the 89th percentile for height and weight.  She has been walking and running everywhere, and scooting down stairs.  We had a fun Memorial Day weekend and got to see Sara and Bentley-dog, visited Gasworks Park for first time, and enjoyed some sun.  Mayson stats:
Favorite word: "Oooohh" (when she sees something she likes) You can see her saying it in the second picture when she is looking at Bentley. 
Favorite book: She has been into Feet are not for Kicking (we really like that one too)
Favorite animal: Dogs.  She is not at all afraid and loves doggie kisses.  (Don't tell Mo Mo)
